What I’m enjoying
- Focusing on taking photos of things I love, not things I think others will love. It’s a shift that’s worth it.
- I’m making new friends on Mastodon, and that’s been enjoyable.
- Figuring things out is so satisfying, and working out the details of how to pull off my new podcast in a car has been fun.
Health update
- Down another .6 pounds this week, making it a total of 13 since February 15 in this cutting phase and nearly 60 pounds since the start!
- I focused on running only trails last week, and my feet are thanking me for it! I’m going to stick to this for the next few weeks. I’ve been replacing my walks with rucking, carrying 30 pounds in my backpack. ATG has been a great workout plan to follow. I’m doing knees/leg work on Mondays. Back/hamstrings on Wednesdays. Upper body on Fridays. Working in mobility and strength “snacks” throughout the day.
